Art is communication and communication is art... except when type is involved, in which case, some would argue, it's more accurate to call it graphic design. At Finders Keepers, we are aren't big on semantics but we do love language. And we love designing artful works of communication in which words -- or even just a couple letters -- are prominently featured.
Here are a few examples of our graphic design/communication/art work: |

| Logos and Identity: Sophistically (and semantically) speaking, there is something deeply satisfying about designing a logo for a Greek Orthodox Church. We designed this logo and related communication materials for a capital campaign conducted by Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church of Pittsburgh (PA). |

| Academic conference posters are another exciting design challenge. This 3'x4' poster depicts the complex design of a multi-level instructional coaching system and the research study that measured its effectiveness. |

Perhaps most exciting of all is a book design/desktop publishing project currently in development at Finders Keepers Design: an illustrated volume of poetry -- We Learned to Listen -- by our semi-resident poet laureate, Missy Nicholson. The publication is scheduled for release in June, 2009.
